LocksOnline was founded in 1999 where it launched its first web site onto the internet selling all types of locks and security related devices, founded by Darrel Walters and the Walters Group. The Walters Group has been trading as a security company in the Pembrokeshire Area since 1989. Giving over 20 years of expertise to customer's requirements making LocksOnline at the forefront of customer service as well as value for money.

We run our web site like you would a shop in a high street, offering live on line customer service through our chat on line system that you will see on the left of your screen. Where during office hours 09:00 and 17:00 week days there is someone on hand to assist in any question that you may have, we feel we have survived on line for the last ten years due to not just creating a web site with lists of products and hope for the best, but providing the service that you would expect in any quality main street shop and offering that personal touch that can be so vague sometimes with shopping on line.

Locksonline trades as a separate company in its own right and even though expertise can be drawn from engineers of the Walters Group. Locksonline stands on its own two feet as a legitimate e-commerce trading company that is VAT registered, registered with the Office of Fair Trading to offer consumer credit and we have also signed up with 'Check Rate' to show consumers that we are a credit worthy company.

LocksOnline has also won awards judged by the Welsh Assembly for there E-Business and Technology Award. A testament for the hard work the team has done both in e-commerce and customer service.

From Left to Right

Eve Jones - Fronts the Architectural Ironmongery Division for Locksonline and joined the team over three years ago, also deals with customers locally who come into the showroom.

Mike Davies - Part of the Web Development Team and joined us last year to work in new development and future projects

Gavin Johnson - Gavin came to work for Locksonline over six years ago and mainly deals with site maintenance and graphic design

John McDougal - Joined over three years ago from being area manager for Jewsons. John fronts the sales and day to day enquiries and deals with quotes for customers

Darrel Walters - The founder of LocksOnline with over 20 years experience in the security industry assists with all the technical enquiries and system designs for clients

Lesley Frost - Again joined us over three years ago and has the task of dealing with all the customers' queries and general office administration day to day.
