Chubb Locks, Chubb 3R35 Mortice Dead Locking Door Latch has been used in a lot of locations where there is high traffic and a good level of security is required. Using the key on the outside allows the opening of the lock, from the inside you would use a handle, there is special furniture available for this. On the inside handle at the top is a snip that allows you to hold back the latch if so required.
