These Mortice/sash locks are designed to assist the new standard BS 8621 2004 which mirrors the BS3621 2004 but where emergency egress is required from inside to escape in the event of fire. Commonly used locks in communal, Nursing Homes, Public Buildings Etc. Union Locks are probably the leaders in this field, but we have a range from Marston as well. Union, Chubb and Yale are now part of the Assa Abloy Group of companies.
