Horizontal Locks

Horizontal locks are normally used where you may want the key at the same height as the lever handle or Mortice Knob, Horizontal locks moves the knob further into the door so you do not catch your thumb in the door stop when closing the door. These types of locks were common place many years ago where knobs were used more so than Lever Style Handles. Leading manufactures of these locks are Union Locks and Chubb Locks, but we can source other manufactures if so required.
