Hoyles EX204 Battery powered EXITGUARD alarm with integral keypad

The Hoyles EX204 EXITGUARDS protect fire exit & other doors against un-authorised use. An integral sounder with four selectable tones gives a local audible warning. Uses an integral keypad code for control and set-up. The integral tamper switch can be remotely monitored or wired to give local alarm. The Exitguard can be used in either a keypad reset mode or automatic timed reset mode. In addition there are facilities to delay the audible warning - Door Open Too Long delay (DOTL). Supplied with door contact, door warning label, fixing screws & 6 x AA batteries. The integral battery monitor gives a local periodic warning long before the batteries are exhausted. The battery life can be up to two years depending on usage. Can also be powered from 12 volts dc. Exitguards can be used for fire door verification to ensure that doors are opened when a building is occupied. (This will require connection to the set signal of an intruder alarm control or a time switch.) Exitguard is designed as a standalone warning device but can be linked to our MULTIGUARD to give centralised monitoring.
