Marston 4G Many years ago this lock was the preferred choice for sheltered housing where a key was used on the outside, but could be unlocked from inside with a handle and/or turn. To assist in escape in the event of fire. This lock in not locked with a key from the inside. Not so popular these days but with the many thousands fitted in its time this lock is still available for new install or replacement. Watch out as these locks are handed. Because the locks key only works from the outside it allowed further space to put an extra lever in the case to increase security.
