Smoke and Carbon monoxide Detectors

for the conventional range of detectors, namely, common base, diode base, relay bases.

Smoke Detector.

The Zeta optical smoke detector incorporates a pulsing infa red LED
Located in an optical chamber inside the detector. The chamber is designed to eliminate the effect of external light sources.

The Zeta Class A1R (rate of rise) heat detector operates by utilising a matched pair of thermistors to sense heat.
As fire develops, the temperature registered by the exposed thermistor will rise rapidly, resulting in an imbalance, causing the detector to go into alarm

The Fyreye ionisation smoke detector incorporates a single radioactive source (Americium 241 < 0.7uCi) ionises two chambers which causes a small current to flow to electrodes in each chamber.

The combined detector gives a higher immunity to false alarms caused by spurious UV sources
Flame detectors are available in 2 styles. A general purpose one which responds only to UV

The Reflective Beam Detector comprises a single unit incorporating an Infra-red transmitter and receiver.
The 2 wire Zeta beam detector can be run from the detection zone of a Premier SX or Premier M Plus panel without the need for a separate PSU
