I just received the lock and fitted it thanks for the great service!
I was very impressed by the website - having online help enabled me to explain the lock I was trying to replace so that I could purchase the right one.I was able to send a digital image in of the old lock and the fitting and an advisor help choose the right lock and asked if I wanted replacement keys or a new lock.I had been trying to get the filing cabinet fixed for many months, and was facing the reality that I could not get the lock replaced (a number of vendors said this was the case) and the filing cabinet was expensive.I got such quick response from emails and help I have recommended you to several other people.Most of whom said the same thing “it’s great site to have a bookmark for “Unlike a physical store you are able to only stock keys and locks so the choice is much wider the and expertises greater – the online plans and diagrams of each fitting enabled me to measure the exact fitting to ensure I was purchasing the right locks.

I thank you for your personal assistance in meeting my requirement in obtaining additional blank keys for a security lock that I have. Whilst this is not a significant order to your company it was an important acquirement for me. After sending out around 18 e-mails to various companies both in the UK and Italy I wish to inform you that you LocksOnline were the only company to respond back to me with a positive response, requesting further information towards the limited details that I initially gave (the vast majority of companies did not respond). Furthermore on obtaining that information you immediately came back with confirmation as to having this item in stock together with a very reasonable quote inclusive of postage by registered airmail as well as confirmation towards the method of payment, which was duly ran. It is unfortunate that there are not more companies like yours who cater for the customer.
