Returns Policy

Any product that is faulty can be returned and we can agree to either send you a new product or total refund. We will also cover the cost of return postage. We operate a policy where the customer is given a 24 hour 'think time' delay before goods are shipped out. should you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time goods will be shipped out and at our discression should you wish to return the goods for any reason we can decline your offer. Should we agree to have the goods returned we would request that you cover postage. We would also charge 25% re-stocking fee and a fixed charge of £10.00 + Vat for costs incurred due to merchant card charges. We will not consider any returns if the packaging to the goods have been damaged in any way.
