To order, find the product or products you wish to order, either by navigating through our sections, or by searching the site. Once you have found your product you can add it to your shopping cart. In some cases, you may need to select (tick) which exact product you wish to order, as some products are available in different sizes, finishes, handing etc.



Once you have chosen your product, add it your shopping cart. You may be asked to confirm your order details, this is so you can check you have ordered the correct product and specify the quantity you wish to order.

Once you are happy and have finished selecting products, view your basket to double check everything is ok.

You can now begin the checkout process.

Fill in the details for your invoice address (which will also be your delivery address unless you specify otherwise). You can also select to remember your details for future orders. No sensitive information such as credit card details are saved.

Make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions and agree with them before continuing.

All filled in ? Click next. If there are any problems, such as empty required fields, the site will let you know which required field you have left empty and you will not be able to continue until it has been completed.

At the next stage, we ask for some general information, such as how you found our site, any additional information you may wish to add to your order, perhaps you have a query or a special request, and suggestions to improve our site. This are not required fields, but help us in improving the site.

Next you select your payment method, if you select to pay by credit card you will be transferred to our secure server, where you can enter your details securely.
