Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout"
and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments and cheque with
orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, switch and Delta . We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered
items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send
your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or
over the Internet.

the Euro price is to be used as a guide.
Shipping And Handling
We normally strive to send orders out in five days from receipt
of order, some items may be deemed special, This means that
our suppliers may not carry them as a general stock item.
We will always inform you by mail as to what is happening
with your order, until you receive the order. Delivery charges
may vary depending on the size from what is quoted, Some locks
and large quantities of locks can weigh a lot, but as a general
rule we can ship up to 10 Kilos for no more than £10.00
+ Vat. Overseas Customers may check with us prior to shipment
of any goods. But if there is no communication we will always
delivery the most economical way, over speed. and charge
accordingly. Any shortages, errors or concerns with your delivery
must be reported within 2 days from receipt of the goods in
writing or email. On your behalf all UK deliveries under 1 kilo in weight are sent royal mail recorded delivery, over 1Kg we send goods via courier. Delivery Schedule
In the UK we strive to send your order to you
within 5 working days and overseas 30 days. Should
you require goods urgently please contact us prior
to ordering to check stock and delivery options.
Back Orders
If your items are not in stock, we will back
order for you. You will always be emailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union,
17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free
and you should click the exempt button to reduce
VAT to zero .
Overseas Customers may be charged duty from there
respective Customs departments, we are not responsible
to cover these charges and if you have any concerns,
contact your local customs and excise office prior
to ordering.

Returns Policy
We operate a policy where the customer is given a 24 hour
'think time' delay before goods are shipped out. should you
wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of
placing the order. No returns can be accepted for credit unless
previously agreed by us and an official returns reference
has been issued. A charge of 25% of invoice value or a minimum
of £10.00 will be levied on Goods 'not wanted' or 'incorrectly
ordered' or due to duplication resulting from a 'confirmation'
order not being endorsed to that effect, You must inform us
within seven days from receipt of the goods for a return number
to be issued under this catagory. You will bear all costs
of returning any goods under this category. All items to be
returned must be in original packaging, undamaged and not
used. All items returned as faulty are liable to manufacture
inspection. We cannot guarantee replacement or credit: a warranty
repair may be given. No items can be returned if they have
been ordered specially.

Special Orders
Items that are ordered, that are not kept in
stock are deeemed to be a special orders.
We would have to make a specific individual request
/ order from the manufacturers. If the products
that you are requesting or sourcing are deemed
to be special orders, then regrettably once the
order / contract has been agreed we are in no
way able to have these items returned. Please
note that under certain circumstances delivery
charges incurred through special orders will be
forwarded to the end purchaser.
Key Cutting
The very large range of keys that we supply with
very few exceptions are cut individually to customer's
requirements. We are therefore unable to accept
the return for credit of keys that have been incorrectly
ordered, or are surplus to customers' requirements.
This also applies when ambiguous information is
given at the time of ordering. At our sole discretion
we may exchange stock keys returned with a stamped
addressed envelope. Where confirmation orders
are sent not suitably marked, duplicate orders
must be paid for.
Remittance Terms
We accept all major cards and also we are prepared
to trade on pro-forma basis. We always request
payment before shipment of any goods.
Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure
or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage
or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder
that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond
our reasonable control (including, without limitation,
strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after day of delivery. To do this please email us or write to us - click here, the goods must be in their original pakaging and unopened.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdesribed.
