These offset handles for multipoint locks are designed to the most common specification, and therefore are widely considered the most universal sizes.
The distance between the centre of the key and the centre of the spindle is 92mm on one handle and 62mm on the other. This is what is referred to as the 'PZ Measurement'. 92mm & 62mm as in this case is the most popular for offset handle sets and is considered these days to be pretty much the 'industry standard' for twin spindle gearboxes. As these are unsprung handles please ensure your gearbox is suitably sprung for use with unsprung door furniture.
The overall size of the backplate is 240mm x 30mm (24cm x 3cm), with fixing screws situated at the top and bottom, separated at a distance of 211mm (a fraction over 21cm). It is important to note that this measurement is taken from the centre of the top screw to the centre of the bottom screw, rather than end-to-end. Again all these sizes are very common.
With an unhanded design, you can simply flip the handle over to the left or right when fitting, depending on your door setup, so these are ready to fit straight out of the box!
