Hi guys, my name is Darrel and I'm the head of the tech team here at www.LocksOnline.co.uk. Thank you for taking some time to tune in and take a look at one of our product review videos, today we are going to be talking to you about the new Kitlock KL1000 NET CODE, the combination lock from the manufacturers CodeLock.
This model is a bit of an oddball in regards to how it can be used, for example let's assume you're a company and you have a contract to go around and maintain servers around the country or a telecom or computer environments, instead of remembering codes of a load of combination locks or keys, what you can have is the codelock netcode system. IT can solve this by generating a code on site, allowing someone to access the area temporarily, this code then can be deleted afterwards. This can then work again for another company and so on; it gives you a lot of options when it comes to practicality.
This particular mode, the 1000 range has netcode written on the face of the combination lock. This is designed to work with areas such as cabinets, lockers, or anything that requires some form of access control. The features of this model are the same as the KL1000, except it has additional netcode functionality. You have a standard cam assembly found on the back.
