The KL1200 Kitlock lock lock is the more robust model of Codelocks Kitlock series. Its overall design is much tougher and durable that other models with all of the features and benefits of the KL1000 range. These models have been designed to install easily and quickly, in most cases they are able to retro fit older models using a camlock locking mechanism.
This model is available in right handed models with additional slam latch accessories available. The main benefit of these models is that it removes the need for keys and provides an access control system that has been specifically designed to be used in the hospitality sector or areas such as gyms.
The KL1200 has 4 different types of codes: 8 Digit Master Code
8 Digit Sub-Master Code
4 Digit User Code
6 Digit Technician Code
This code setup is useful for areas such as school lockers or gym lockers where the same code will be used in succession for longer periods of time.
This code setup is excellent for hospitality sectors as it uses a single user code. Guests enter a personal 4 digit code which locks the Kitlock. Upon entering the code again it unlocks. This code can then be erased ready for the next user.
The KL1200 is supplied with two different sized cams as standard but can fit onto models using a 8mm square spindle. All of the necessary fixings and fitting required to install the Kitlock 1200 onto lockers and cabinets is supplied in the pack.

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline.co.uk. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a look at one of our product review videos.
Today, we're talking about CodeLock. We got in front of us today the heavy duty, the 600 series heavy duty CodeLock that is designed for more industrial type applications and commercial applications where it's going to get a lot of use and a lot of abuse.
This is where it's sitting in regards to pecking order. Now, one of the other distinct advantages with this type of combination lock, as well, is that it's got an easy code change which is really, really great. You don't have to take it off the door to which to change the code. You can do it all from the front face here.
What I'm going to do, very, very quickly, show you how easy it is to change the code on this particular combination lock. Now, as the sounds of this moment here it's in the, obviously in the lock position there. If I was to type in the code C2470 and then an X down at the bottom, of course that works there. No problem at all. There you go, it's locked again.
Let's assume I wanted to change the code on this particular type of lock. You need to have the key. This is the key that allows you to have a key override. You turn it up to a position like and hear the click. Now, we're in change code function.
Now, if I wanted to, say for an example change the 2 to a 1, all I would need to do is I need to push that in and turn that clockwise like that. Take the 2 out by turning it anti-clockwise like that. This is the little key that comes with it as standard. You can use your fingers. But this has got a rubber insert to it to make it a little bit easier for you. Turn the key back like that. Now, what I've done is I've taken the 2 out and pop the 1 in. I hit C for clear the chamber. If I now go 1, 4, 7, 0, X that now operates it and of course, the 2 no longer does.
It really, really is that simple. If you forget the code, again, no problem at all. If you forget the code, you basically turn that and you put everything out of code and then you can set your own code should you want to do so.
Now, one of the things that CodeLock have done here is the fixing footprint is exactly the same as the Simplex Unican 1000 Series. If you're thinking that you want to change and you have a Unican on your door an establishment better days, etc., then you can, by all means, use this. It takes a different backset, but you can use it no problem at all. We can get the right backset for you. The screw fixings, etc. are exactly the same feel. Another distinctive advantage of this type of lock is that it's non-handed. You can either use it in the left hand or the right-hand application, whereas with Unican, you have to by the hand specific to the particular type of door.
This also carries some gradings with it. It carries the grade to answer grading, etc. That is absolutely meaning that it's good in regards to security, etc.
It has different types of functions. It comes with a tubular latch which is standard on this particular one. It can work, as well, with a full-size lock case which will take an 8 millimetre spindle for an 8 millimetre folder. It also can use on a cash bar application, etc., as well.
It's the really heavy industrial type. It's available at LocksOnline. If you need a bit of more information on this product or any of the range from CodeLock, by all means, pop us over an email or you can use our live chat or our website. No problem at all. Simply just pick up the phone and give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and more importantly, we'd love to see you as a customer.
From me, Darrel, and all of us here at the LocksOnline team, thank you for taking some time to tune in. We'll catch you in a little bit, soon. Take care now.
