This is amongst the most popular GEM strike releases, due to its versatility and value for money.
The GK310 series (also referred to as the ER310 range, and encompassing the GK311/ER311 which features the longer faceplate more typical for wooden doors) of electric door releases is supplied with various stainless steel faceplates for different applications, long, short, or both; this allows for installation on a wide range of door frames from traditional timber frames through to aluminium door frames found on shop-fronts and similar. And with the ability to accept a full 15mm latch projection, this will accommodate the vast majority of door latches.
These strikes also offer a fail-safe / fail-secure selector toggle, so you can change its functionality on-site before installation - or indeed post-installation by removing it from the frame, switching the toggle and re-fitting the strike.
Available in both monitored and unmonitored models, if you require the ability to monitor the status of the strike release, you can do so with the monitored version as this comes with monitoring outputs you can wire into your system however you see fit. The monitoring output will change state when the strike is locked / unlocked which you can wire into your monitoring station or in some cases a simple LED solution.
As standard, these are all 12v DC, however all of these models are also available in 24v DC as a special order from the manufacturer. If you have a specific requirement for 24v DC then please give us a call or email and we can arrange this for you.
Our product specifications are given in good faith but can be subject to manufacturer change without notice. Should an attribute be of essense to your purchase, please feel free to contact us first for confirmation.
