Chameleon adaptable hardware have created a range of repair parts designed to be retrofitted to UPVC doors. Their range is designed to adapt to its surroundings in order to replace a wide variety of old worn out parts.

The Chameleon 4 Roller Repair Lock Kit is suitable for most standard applications and comes in a choice of 28mm, 30mm and 35mm backset; and has 92mm centres. The case includes a latch and a deadbolt; and the kit comes supplied with one full length reversible keep, which covers up the fixings holes of your old lock, leaving the door looking neat and professionally finished.

The lock kit is single spindle, this means that when you go outside and close the door, you are still able to open the door from the outside without using the key. The lock features a deadbolt and 4 rollers. The kit includes multi-fit keep packers which, when installed in the door frame, will help to prevent your door from dropping on the keep/lock side, reducing the chance of your door sticking or becoming difficult to lock.
