Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. We've put these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer in hopefully a little bit more detail, in the flesh so to speak.
Today, I want to show you this cylinder pull that we have on our website. It's a lovely satin finish there in regards to its actual finish. There's satin stainless steel finish and it's obviously designed to work in conjunction with a Euro cylinder. If you've got a dead lock on the door and you don't necessarily want a set of handles but you want to be able to pull the door to and then use the key in which to actually dead lock the door, then maybe this is the product that you're looking for.
It comes with three screws. Ideally it'd be best for this to be fit on what we call a 44-mil thick door. Purely and simply is by the time you screw these screws in here, it's going to project into the lock case. Might be well worth you bearing that in mind a little bit there in regards to . . . you can cut these down, perhaps, a little bit but it's designed to work predominantly with a 44-millimetre thick door or slightly thicker if you can.
If it's an internal door, you might struggle a little bit there in that respect. As I've said, its done in a nice stainless steel finish as you can see there. What I will do quickly is I'll just get you some measurements there to give you the opportunity to see whether or not it's good for your particular door. I will measure from the back just to give you some sort of idea. Yeah, it's 44 millimetres across. The actual bend from there to the top there, if I can give you that just quickly there, it's about 50 millimetres there in regards to the bend, and as you can see there, they come with screws goes in three different positions.
Another thing to take into consideration as well is how far this will actually project off. It'd be nice to have a quick look at that there for you. You're looking at around 27 millimetres and of course that's ideal for being able to put your hand in underneath there to be able to pull the door. That gives you some sort of idea. There you go.
I'll get the thickness as well because that might be important if you're thinking of getting yourself some cylinders. You're looking at there about 2 ½ millimetres, maybe pushing about 3 millimetres, 2½ mil, I would like to go for that.
There you go guys. That's just one of the products that we have on our website, but if you need more information, if you want bit more advice on this or any of the products that we have, pop us over an email, use the live chat that we have, or simply do it the old fashioned way, pick up the phone and give us a call. Love to hear from you, love to see you as a customer. So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in. Catch up with you real soon, I hope. Take care now. Bye-bye.
