Adams Rite 7400/7401 Ultraline Premium Electric Strike Release

The Ultraline Premium by Adams Rite is designed for aluminium door applications, suitable for both single and double aluminium doors. 

Due to its innovative split-jaw design, these can maintain the high level of security of over a metric tonne of holding force (1080kg or 2380lbs), even whilst under the pressure of over 15kg of side-load pressure.  So you can certainly put a lot of trust into the security of this high-end electric door release.

While so many strike release come in various options of fail-safe, fail-secure, 12volts, 24volts, direct-current, alternating-current, these strikes cover all bases.  The strike's single solenoid can be operated at 12 and 24volts on AC or DC, and the option of fail-locked or fail-unlocked is yours as the flick of a switch on the body of the strike.  So this can be quickly changed on-site while fitting.  Ideal if you're not sure what requirements the end-user has until you're already on site!

These have of course been rigorously tested to a minimum of 500,000 cycles and as a luxury for Adams Rite products, should retrofit all previous Adams Rite strike installations.  What's more, these have been confirmed to require half the force to open compared to that of the Adams Rite 7100 series, which is a plus for Doc M compliance.
