This is the standard locking version of GU's 2-deadbolt multipoint lock. Featuring deadbolts at the top and bottom of the locking strip, as well as the central deadlock and latch, these locks work exactly as we're all used to, rather than with the slam-action style auto-locking of the fast lock model.
This standard version is also available in a wider range of sizes. We have the 28mm backset models designed for narrow-stile doors or the front doors which have large glass panes, the 35mm backset model which is the more 'typical' preferred installation, and then also the 45mm backset which are found on wider doors or inset doors, where the handle needs to be a little further from the edge.
Set on a 16mm rail with 92mm PZ centres, this is a very common set of measurements and is quite a popular installation choice.
