Weather resistant and suitable for door thicknesses of 30-60mm, the Keylex high security combination lock can facilitate codes up to 12 digits long, offering incredible security. Not only does this mean the possibility of different combinations is radically increased, but is also very useful for settings where codes may be overseen when entered, as codes longer than the usual 4 digits become much more difficult to memorise on-the-fly.
This code lock also features a passage-mode setting. This allows you to put the door in free-operation mode, so no code would be required to enter. This can be very useful in rooms or buildings where free entry is required at times, but only coded access the rest of the time.
The buttons on the unit are made with a brushed stainless steel, to reduce obvious indication of use, in an effort to avoid the common issue of keys showing obvious signs of use, and in addition, there's a slipping clutch mechanism within the unit to help prevent damage being caused to the unit by force being applied to the handle after an incorrect code.
Offering key override via a euro-cylinder (not included), this also offers protection for you against lost codes etc, ensuring you can still gain entry via key until such time as the lost code or any other code issue has been resolved. The centres measurement for this is a common 72mm PZ.
