The ERA electronic multipoint lock is ideal for incorporating access control on uPVC doors. Rather than weakening your security with a strike release, these motorised locks allow you to lock and unlock the full multipoint solution via a keypad, card reader, fob or even a fingerprint reader! The possibilities are endless.
If you already have an ERA electronic multipoint lock, then you're good to go for a simple swap-over if the lock or motor has failed due to misuse or simply through years of wear and tear.
Similarly, if you're looking to replace a standard multipoint lock with these, then you're in luck! One of the great things about these locks, is that the template has been made as universal as possible. The 92mm PZ centres will retrofit pretty much all ERA multipoint locks, and the vast majority of others, too. This measurement has become somewhat of an 'industry standard', with installers generally preferring to fit 92mm PZ locks to ensure backward compatibility with other items such as handles etc, and to give the most diverse range of options for fitting and future-proofing.
Available in two standard sizes; 35mm and 55mm. The 35mm is almost definitely what you would have if you were fitting this to a uPVC door (plastic doors usually on your home for your front door etc), and then the 55mm model would be more typical of a wooden door or composite door which uses a multipoint lock setup.
These items are considered a special order, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.
