Featuring the BS3621 British Standard Kitemark, these high-security rim nightlatches utilise an auto-deadlocking latchbolt which cannot be 'slipped', and a lockable internal handle, providing excellent security at a very competitive price.
Available in both 40mm and 60mm backsets, the lockable inner handle on these locks makes them ideal for glass-panelled doors, and doors with windows close-by, as this prevents the old trick of breaking a pane of glass and slipping your hand through to unlock the door.
The body of the lock also features a push-button, which can be pressed when the latchbolt is retracted, to allow you to leave the door in free-open mode if you're in and out doing the gardening or bringing in the shopping, so you don't have to use the key every time - or worse, risk locking yourself out!
The external cylinder features picking protection and is housed in a thick alloy surround, providing added protection to the cylinder whilst also acting as a finger-pull giving you a means to pull the door closed behind you.
Supplied with a full bodied surface keep, as well as all the necessary fixings and three keys as standard. We can also cut you extra keys if required!
