This is quickly becoming the installer's choice when it comes to fitting tubular latches. With absolutely no faceplate to deal with, it removes the necessity for cutting and chiselling which is one of the most time-consuming aspects when fitting tubular latches into doors.
With its unique design, these tubular latches simply press-fit into place, and then the thin lipped edge will cover up the slightly rough edges you're left with after drilling the hole.
Built to be strong and durable, these also come with an impressive 10 year guarantee, so you can rely on these to not only be quick and easy to install, but they continue to save you time and money by outlasting many of the rival latches within the same price range.
Available in two sizes, there's a 63mm version, which offers a typical 45mm backset, as well as a 70mm version which offers a typical 57mm backset.
As seen in the main photo of the product kit, these are supplied with a choice of two strike plates, there's the very attractive matching rounded strike, and then also a standard strike plate option ideal for retrofit applications, where you're hanging a new door onto an existing frame which has already been chiselled to accept a standard strike plate.
