LocksOnline "Deco" Door Handle Set on Backplate

The aptly named "Deco" suite of handles is a very art-deco kind of affair.  With a stepped-edge backplate which is slightly narrower at the bottom than the top, and a cranked lever handle with matching stepped edges to suit, this range of handles is a treasure!

With a unique setup of three fixing holes - two at the top, and two at the bottom - this subtly emphasises the shape to the backplate, subconsciously reinforcing the non-parallel design this set features.  The overall design is really complimented by the two chrome finishes available, too.  We have the classic Polished Chrome finish which will bounce the light beautifully off all the angles and edges, while the Satin Chrome will tone this down a little, allowing for a slightly more modern aspect to these art-deco handles.

Available in a blank backplate, as well as a keyway backplate and privacy turn backplate, there's a set for every door in this range!  The blank backplate is of course for your standard communal, non-locking doors, for use with standard tubular or flat-pattern latches; while the keyway version is of course for use on bedroom doors and similar, where you want to be able to lock the door, featuring a keyhole cut-out aligned with the keyway of a standard sashlock.  The privacy version would then be for your bathroom doors, en-suites or similar, and is designed to operate a bathroom lock, where the handles will operate the latch part, and the privacy turn and emergency release will both operate the smaller follower of a bathroom lock where the keyway would normally be on a typical sashlock.

Fixing screws and a spindle are supplied with these handles as standard, and it is well worth noting also that these are in fact self-sprung handles, so no need to upgrade your locking / latching gear to new heavier duty versions; the handles will take care of returning to the horizontal position by their own integral springs.
