As far as aesthetics go, there's no denying that these handles look fantastic, and whilst their two-tone polished and satin chrome finish makes its own statement, their under-stated simplicity through avoiding any over-the-top design or detailing, really sets these handles off into a professional, sophisticated look and feel.

Available in three different style backplates, we have the blank backplate which offers handle operation only - this is used on communal, non-private doors; we also have the keyway backplate which offers handle and key operation, which when used in conjunction with a sashlock will allow you to use the locking part as well; and finally the bathroom backplate which offers a privacy turn snib on the inside and emergency release on the outside, which will operate the bolt on a bathroom lock.

Because these are sprung handles, you don't need to worry about using heavy duty latches or specific locks which can drive the handles as well; these will return to the horizontal position under their own springs.
