Marine Grade Traditional and Modern Portholes

With  nine traditional styles of Portholes that we have available, hopefully we have a porthole for any occasion. All out Portholes are certified by RINA (http://www.rina.org/EN/). RINA is a certifying Europe body for products supplied to the Marine Industry. Also, for safety our Portholes conform to ISO 12216. ISO-12216 is the standard for opening portholes in vessels up to 24 meters (http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=33661). The Portholes are made out of Diecast Brass and still resemble the vintage style of Portholes that you would expect on the old boats, like Barges, Narrow Boats, Cornish Yawls, Classic Fishing Smacks to name but a few. A lot of of our customers use our Portholes to re-furbish projects of turn of the century sailing boats and Dunkirk Ships. The classic Old designs, so in character with ships and boats of that era, stands us in good stead to suppling an exceptional quality product that has the classic line that would be the envy of any restoration. Every Porthole is available in the classic brass finish but we can also supply them in a more modern style of polished chrome. 

We have a great range of shapes to suite all applications, Round, Oval, Square and even Elliptical variants. In fact the elliptical porthole can be supplied in a size over half a meter long. 

All out portholes are supplied with 6 mm plexiglass as standard, but this can be changed for standard glass if you wish to use the Porthole as a decorative piece or in a building application. 

The traditional butterfly screw finish on the traditional style portholes, truly add the character to the range we have. 

Most portholes these days are built out of stainless steel which sadly for the classic line of yacht would look out of place but with our Portholes using the old pattern designs these are ideally suited for vintage applications.
