This smart and stylish flush fitting hatch lock is available in a polished chrome or polished brass finish. Additionally there are options for lockable or non-locking versions. The handle (and lock in the lockable version) are concealed beneath a smooth hinged lid, which gives a neat and tidy appearance once installed.
This hatch lock is suitable for a minimum hatch thickness of 15mm. It is supplied with a threaded backing plate for installation, but please be aware that fixing bolts are not supplied.
Rotating the handle clockwise operates the locking lever until the desired tightness is obtained, and then to open the hatch simply rotate the handle anti-clockwise until the lever disengages.
The lockable versions of this latch are supplied with 1 key. They are not able to be keyed alike. All versions of this flush fitting hatch handle measure 115mm in diameter, and 80mm in overall height. The diameter of the handle recess is approximately 100mm, and the depth of it taken from beneath the lid when closed is approximately 15mm.
