Sash Window Stops
Sash Window Stops fit securely into the window sash to either prevent the window opening fully or keep it closed. To allow full opening requires a key. In the range shown below we also have locking devices that sit on the frame of the window, as well as stops that would be used within the frame.
Sash windows often have the ability to open both upwards and downwards, and so it is important to ensure that there is adequate security or restriction in place if required. This can be important from a security perspective to stop the window being opened from the outside, but also to prevent children or other vulnerable people climbing out of the window.
