Access Control - Controlled by Computer - Door Access System
Just sometimes you need to monitor who is going through a door and sometimes you need to be able to stop that person immediately. You may need to see when someone came through a door six months ago.
Perhaps you want to control a person as to when they have rights to access, for an example, perhaps if you're a club you may only want certain people to gain access to certain areas at certain times. Your members may only have access to the bar during bar opening times.
Either way if you need any of the above in part or whole the best way is to install one of our LocksOnline Pro 1500 door control systems.
This is so simple to operate and fit even someone with DIY experience and the know how on how to fit a plug on a cable should be able to fit and work these systems.
OK, so what do you get?
You get the controller thats controls the door access system , this is a box that would normally sit above the door on the safe side, you can use a proximity card reader on both the inside and outside or just the outside. You can use a keypad as well as a proximity reader. Then you need to have some fobs or ID cards and finally power and a lock for the door.
So what about programming?
If you know a little about computers you will know that they can connect to a network via a cable, this cable allows to you to connect to the internet. this same cable can connect you to the door controller, you simply open up Internet Explorer or Fire Fox, type in the address bar the address of the controller, enter user name and password and you are into the controller to do what ever you want.
Once in, you can set up user groups, time zones, select doors to certain user group and/or certain times zones to certain user groups on certain doors. This may sound mind boggling but to be honest once you understand the concept it is a true breeze to program.
The default settings however, allow you to add and delete users at will and also check who has been in and when. The world is truly your Oyster.
If you need to add further doors to your access control system this is also simple and what is even better you don’t need to invest in another Pro 1500 controller, you can in fact just buy the Pro 100 controller and wire the two together. This means a massive saving of over £150 per door.
The stats on the main controller is as follows:
You can control up to 32 doors with the Pro system, and up to 15’000 users this is more than enough for any average sized building office or club. Up to 250 User groups can be programmed into the system.
Anti-pass Back is standard if you wish to use it as well as controlled access and egress.
The main advantage with the on board software is that nothing is stored on your computer which means any computer can be used to add and delete users, set a date when a user is no longer able to gain access. Want to interigate the audit trail again simply log in.
If you're an office and looking on putting access control to office doors, front doors, restricted areas, the chances are that you already have a computer network installed in the building. If so, simply wire the 1500 pro controller to your network hub and this means any computer on the network can simply and easily control your security.
