If you have been surfing our site looking for some new cylinders for your front UPVC door or rim cylinders, padlocks etc, You may have come across our LocksOnline EPS range of cylinders, you have read recent articles on how secure they are and how they come up to BS1303, you may have even read a few articles about what I think of them compared to other makes and types of cylinders.
Yes they are stunning cylinders that don’t comp and a re-mortgage of you house to buy and at the same time gives you the peace of mind of the patent protection that these cylinders carry compared t any other make.
The security conscious of use out there not only do you want to have the best if budget would allow, but at the same time look for value for money in what you are buying.
LocksOnline ethos is not to want to sell you one cylinder and day and thats it good buy, we want to look after you as a customer for a long time.
When we sat down and decided to take over the Evva EPS system and the new patent security cylinder range from our restricted profile that had lasted us for the last 15 years. we wanted to add more that just a cylinder to sell.
So when you buy a cylinder from us, we record all the information on who the customer is to the cylinder that we have made, was there a few cylinder keyed alike, perhaps it was a combination of a few Euro Profile Cylinders and Padlocks keyed on the same key with a master key that overrode all the cylinders. How many keys were cut with the cylinder when and under what order reference. By keeping a log of who has what cylinder we are in a position to know if anyone requests keys for your door. Create passwords if you want extra security, challenge anyone to confirm the details from the previous order or original order. Every time you want a new cylinder made to your key or master key system, we will be able to keep a history of when this was done and how many keys have been issued. If your key is lost, as we have our name plastered over it, the person could contact us and then we can contact you and let you know that you key has been found.
Should you have locked yourself out of your house, or lost your keys on holiday, we have records of your key number and we can simply get a copy posted out to your hotel in a next day delivery.
Five years down the road and you want a padlock keyed to your front door, or perhaps you have had a garage door and want the key to fit that lock as well, again no problem, having the records at had we can pin extra cylinders as and when you need them. Perhaps, your mother could do with new locks on their doors as well later down the line, why not put them under you house key as a master, then you will always have a key to fit your mum and dads house.
This is all we do for the same price as most of our competitors but this is service over and beyond and that is probably one of the reasons we are still in business and growing every year. yes price in important, we all know that, but when for quite literally a quid or two you have all this incredible service bolted on for now extra cost to the cylinder, now coming over to the LocksOnline EPS system is starting to make common sense.
